Herzlich Willkommen!
The one thing in life that never changes . . . is that sooner or later things change. Meet the Lotterys: a unique and diverse family featuring four parents, seven kids and five pets – all living happily together in their big old house, Camelottery. Nine-year-old Sumac is the organizer of the family and she loves her unusual, hectic family. But, as always, things change, and when a grumpy and intolerant grandfather and a Brazillian visitor overstays their welcomes, everything is turned upside down. Is there room in the Lottery clan for more? Full of warmth and heart, and with black-and-white illustrations by Caroline Hadilaksono throughout, The Lotterys is award-winning author Emma Donoghue’s first series for children. Follow Sumac’s 17-of-a-kind family in The Lotterys Plus One and The Lotterys More or Less.
