Nauro Campos is Professor of Economics and Finance at Brunel University London, UK. He is also a Research Fellow at IZA-Bonn and a Research Professor at ETH-Zürich, Switzerland. Fabrizio Coricelli is Professor of Economics at the Paris School of Economics, France, and a Research Fellow at CEPR in London, U.K.
