Inge Govaere est directeur des études juridiques européennes du Collège d’Europe (Bruges). Elle est professeur de droit européen et titulaire d’une chaire Jean Monnet en études juridiques de l’Union européenne à l’Université de Gand. Dominik Hanf est administrateur à la première chambre de recours de l’Office de l’harmonisation dans le marché intérieur (Alicante) et professeur visiteur dans le programme d’études juridiques du Collège d’Europe (Bruges).
