Associate Professor Dr. Siew Fun Tang is the Dean of Learning and Teaching at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. In her own research, Dr. Tang explores academic performance, evaluation and development. Her research works have been presented and published in national and international conferences and journals. She was invited by the Malaysian Ministry of Education to share her research findings on the assessment of teaching performance. Dr. Swi Ee Cheah, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean of Postgraduate, Research and Innovation at the School of Education, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Dr. Cheah is also the Chief Editor for Journal of Interdisciplinary Research in Education and has served on the editorial board for various national and international conference proceedings and journals. Her research interests include Classroom Research, Sociocultural Studies, Global Education, Pedagogical Innovations, and TESOL/TESL.
