Dr. Adrian Rózanski is an associate professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WUST), Poland. He obtained a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from WUST in 2005, a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University Lille I (France) in 2010, and a D.Sc. in Civil Engineering from WUST in 2019. He was a bursar of a three-year scholarship of the French Ministry of Research and Technology (2006–2009). He is an author or co-author of more than 80 papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings. Moreover, he is a co-author of more than 60 technical expert opinions. He is a member of the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. He works as a managing editor of the international journal Studia Geotechnica et Mechanica and deputy editor of Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering. His areas of interest are: mechanics of composites, soil and rock mechanics, energy geotechnics, multi-scale modeling of physical processes.Dr. Quoc-Bao Bui received his Ph.D. in 2008 at ENTPE (Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat) Lyon, France. From 2008 to 2011, he continued at ENTPE as a postdoc researcher funded by ANR-Arvise project and Filiaterre Company, respectively. From 2011 to 2016, he worked as an associate professor at Polytech Annecy-Chambery, University Savoie Mont-Blanc, France. Since 2016, he has joined Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU, Vietnam) as an associate professor. He is currently the head of Sustainable Developments in Civil Engineering (SDCE) Research Group, Faculty of Civil Engineering, TDTU. He has published 80 articles in international journals (referenced in Web of Science), 45 articles in the conference proceedings, 3 books and 4 book chapters, guest editor of 3 special issues of international journals. He is currently in the Editorial Board of two international journals (referenced in Web of Science) and a national journal.Dr. Lukasz Sadowski is the head of the Department of Materials Engineering and Construction Processes. He is the fellow of Foundation for Polish Science and Ministry of Science and Higher Education. He is the senior member of RILEM and young member of Polish Academy of Sciences. His academic and professional achievements include more than 200 publications, 2 books, and tens of construction expertises. Lukasz is passionate about searching for relationships between scientific paradigms and practical rules in construction, especially in materials engineering, non-destructive testing, surface engineering, construction processes, and artificial intelligence.Dr. Tran Minh Tung received his Ph.D. in 2014 at the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is a lecturer of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Vietnam, and since 2017, he has been the dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, TDTU. His research interests include construction and building materials and structural engineering. He has published more than 30 articles in international journals. He has been a member of several international and national projects: “Tailored Recycled Aggregate Concrete,” “Utilization of agricultural wastes in production of sustainable construction materials.” He is the reviewer of several journals: Construction and Building Materials, Engineering Structures, Building Engineering.
