Alan Dignam is Professor of Corporate Law at Queen Mary, University of London, and Honorary Member 7 King's Bench Walk Chambers. He is co-author, with Michael Galanis, of The Globalization of Corporate Governance (2009), with Professor John Lowry, of Company Law (2006), and, with David Allen, of Company Law and the Human Rights Act (2000). Michael Galanis is a Senior Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Manchester. He has taught at Queen Mary, University of London and the University of Leeds and he is co-author of The Globalization of Corporate Governance (2009) with Alan Dignam. Dr. Galanis has held government advisory positions abroad and has experence as a company director.
