Herzlich Willkommen!
Climate finance is the key to tackling the climate crisis, yet current financial flows remain insufficient, inefficient, and inequitable. This book argues that a new climate finance framework needs to evolve that includes incremental structural changes, reforms and innovative solutions that aim at introducing the required shift in the climate finance architecture - its institutions, standards and practices. It proposes multi-level actionable interventions to mobilize and deploy climate finance efficiently, accessibly, affordably, and equitably, unlocking opportunities to break the current impasse. It is an essential read for policymakers, financiers, and researchers seeking to explore how to overcome financial barriers and seize emerging opportunities in the rapidly evolving landscape of development and climate finance.
