Legal Aspects Associated with the Use of Satellite Applications in Maritime Activities
This book is a consolidated memoir that offers an analysis on legal issues that emerge from the interaction of satellite applications and selected maritime activities e.g., navigation, safety, pollution, monitoring, fishing, law enforcement inter alia. Earth Observation (EO) satellites applications and Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) are the main focus of deliberation due to their rapid technological developments and extensive usage which attract constant debate and fertile legal discourse.
