She has led hundreds of leadership training programs for organizations around the world including the U.S. Congress, the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the National League of Cities, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and many others. George J. Mazza is a federal civil rights attorney in Washington, D.C. With NCBI, he developed Diversity and the Law, a program that links legal training with diversity issues.
