Kamal Fatehi is an emeritus professor of management at the School of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Hospitality at Cole College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He joined KSU in 2000 as the Chair of Management and Entrepreneurship Department. Before joining KSU, he was Interim Dean of College of Business Administration at Texas A&M International University. In teaching and research studies he draws from his years of managerial experience with industry and his service to public and private organizations as a consultant, including an assignment with the Russian Privatization Center, Moscow, Russia. Dr. Fatehi has been published in various internationally indexed journals as well as three international management textbooks. Jeongho Choi is an Associate Professor of Management at the College of Business & Economics, University of Wisconsin—Whitewater (Whitewater, WI, USA). His research focuses primarily on research and development (R&D) activities of multinational corporations including alliance governance structure, alliance contract design, alliance collaboration with diverse partners, and technology innovation. His research has appeared in top-tier journals and also in the Best Paper Proceedings of the Academy of Management. Dr. Choi is also the author of several book chapters and co-author of a textbook on International Business Management.
