Rakesh Mohan is Non-Resident Senior Research Fellow, Stanford Center for International Development, Stanford University. He was earlier Distinguished Consulting Professor, Stanford Centre for International Development, Stanford University. Prior to this, he was Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India.
