Thede Kahl is Professor for South Slavic Studies at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Director of the Institute of Slavistics and Caucasus Studies, and member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Aleksandra Salamurovic is Assistant Professor for South Slavic and Southeast European Studies at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.
