Klodian DhoskaKlodian Dhoska is a full-time associate professor at the Department of Production and Management in the Polytechnic University of Tirana and part-time in the Industrial Department at the Canadian Institute of Technology in Tirana, Albania. He received Engineering Diploma in 2007 in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania, and M.S in 2010 in Measurement Science from the University of Tartu, Estonia. He received his Ph.D. in Mechatronics from Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia, in 2016. He has published more than 110 papers scientific publications. His research interests’ areas are: Mechatronics, mechanical engineering, metrology, materials engineering, enterprise resource planning systems and information systems. He is an editor-in-chief at Journal of Transactions in Systems Engineering (JTSE) with ISSN: 2806-2973, Estonia and Journal of Integrated Engineering and Applied Sciences (JIEAS) with ISSN: 2960-2661, Albania.Evjola SpahoEvjola Spaho is an associate professor at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication, Faculty of Information Technology, Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. She received B.S. in 2008 in Computer Engineering and M.S. in 2010 in Telecommunication Engineering from Polytechnic University of Tirana. She received her Ph.D. from Fukuoka Institute of Technology in Japan in 2013. She has published over 30 articles in prestigious international scientific journals. She has participated in many international conferences and is an author of more than 100 scientific papers. Her research interests’ areas are: IoT, data transmission networks and protocols, vehicular networks and delay-tolerant networks.
