Dr. Aziza Al Qamashoui is Assistant Dean, College of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Oman. She holds a Ph.D. in management from the University of Plymouth, UK, and has completed her master’s degree in international accounting and financial management from Glasgow University, UK. She is a fellow of the Academy of Higher Education in the United Kingdom and a research fellow of the Humanities Research Center at Sultan Qaboos University. She is also leading a research committee at UTASA and has also been involved in various research projects funded by The Research Council of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Oman LNG. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, education, innovation, and economic development.Dr. Nasser Al Baimani is the Assistant Vice-Chancellor of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Al Mussanah, Oman. He received his Ph.D from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and his master’s degree in marketing science from the University of Stirling in the United Kingdom. He has published and peer-reviewed many scientific papers and presented at various conferences inside and outside Oman. His research interests include entrepreneurship and marketing, he has involved in countless projects in the marketing field at the university.
